We have all been there and totally understand that launching a business can become a huge expense and would never want to put the success of a business in jeopardy without offering some sort of assistance.
Our business is happy to offer a variety of payment plans to really help you and your business get going! You can find a breakdown of payment plan at the bottom of this page. For more information and specific details please schedule a consultation. Payment plans may vary on services or combined packages needed.
-
You absolutely can! If you expect to be using our services for several hours a month or for a certain duration of time, we can work out a payment plan that works best for your needs. We typically charge $80/hr for additional fixes or updates, but if you intend on needing us for a longer chunk of time, then the pricing drops to $60/hr to secure our services for a certain amount of hours per week or per month.
Please keep in mind that securing us on retainer means entering into an agreement of continued services for that duration of time.
-
Every project works differently but the hourly charge comes down to an average of $50-60/hr (if one were to breakdown the pricing of our packages). Normally, when we start a project, it is bid depending on what was talked about in the initial meeting as well as after reviewing all of your content. This is why it is critical to answer our onboarding Q+A accurately. If you add any additional content after the initial discussion or after the bid is created, that new portion of the project will be bid separately on a secondary statement of work.
Each service typically has two weeks of edits, additional editing time will need to be requested and paid for before work is continued.

We do not cover the cost of any subscriptions, memberships, plugins, or accounts. If you purchase a service that will require some sort of subscription or purchasing of assets, you will be responsible for acquiring these. Including: Canva, Squarespace, Shopify, Adobe Stock, and Getty Images, etc. If there is anything that was missed here, we will discuss any of your concerns in the initial consultation.

Absolutely. If you choose to move forward with Quilla’s services our team will provide a contract pertaining to your specific project. This contract will break down several pieces of information regarding our services, but will also have the cost based on content provided, the pricing will be attached on our statement of work. There will also be another page discussing your project timeline.
We are open to signing your NDA but unfortunately do not sign any service contracts without further review by our counsel. Our contract will need to be signed and returned before moving forward with any services or starting work.
-
This will be discussed in our initial meeting depending on your needs. Though we are flexible and open to late night calls and early morning meetings, this is something that will need to be scheduled in anticipation and agreed upon in your statement of work.
We reply quickly and are always readily available to help, but ask that unless it is an emergency you refrain from calling after or before business hours. Texting is okay as long as it is to lock in a future meeting and not to discuss your project. Upon starting your project you will be emailing with one the team member assigned to your project, and scheduling weekly 30 minutes meetings to discuss and review the progress made.
Depending on the service, edits may need to wait until completion of the initial build (such as for websites, etc.).
-
We are happy to accept a variety of payment forms such as Zelle, Venmo, Square, and physical checks.
Please follow your payment terms on your signed contract for payment deadlines. Failure to pay by agreed upon dates will cause you to incur a late payment fee.
-
Each project has a different timeline, but our goal is to always have it done in a time manner without jeopardizing the quality of our work. We know deadlines are important for business launch, so that will of course be baked into our project timeline.
In order for us to accomplish our work and stay within your timeline, it is crucial for our clients to do their part and gather all of the necessary content and information we need.
After receiving everything, a project timeline will be created, if you fail to provide the content and information that was discussed, or you decide to add additional content, we cannot control and will not be responsible for a push in the turn in date.
-
If you have paid your initial deposit on a service, please refer to your project timeline for details on when you should be expecting different phases and parts of your project.
-
We do not offer returns or refunds for services. Partial refunds can be given dependent on the circumstances in which they are being requested.
We do not offer refunds for the following: termination of a contract, choosing to not complete the project, choosing to not move forward with the project, etc.
Any holding deposit made to lock in your spot for our services will unfortunately be kept as a cancellation fee. Your initial holding deposit is only a small percentage of the overall project or service.

Quilla’s team, made up by both Francesca and David, have an extensive background in all of the services we provide. Both partners come from the film industry, and before then received years of education and training in their specializations. After working in film for many years, the duo decided it was time to shift gears and begin working with clients and small businesses in their community. Their love and passion for their crafts fueled Francesca into founding Quilla and partnering up with her husband to offer their skills with budding entrepreneurs and those needing guidance on creative projects that are seemingly overwhelming or out of reach. They have always understood that sometimes creatives crafts or art forms are often undermined, so they are always excited to work with others and off their expertise in the many services we offer. It was their goal to make Quilla a one stop shop for business owners, cementing and building strong and reoccurring relationships with their clients.
