To facilitate this process, we have compiled a comprehensive checklist for your convenience, which you can find at the bottom of this page. 

It is imperative for these items to be organized and readily available before signing our contract. This will optimize both our workflow and time investment! Making it easier for launch. Additionally, it's important to note that any supplementary content provided after receiving a quote may incur additional costs and fees which will be done by creating an addendum to our original statement of work, as well as an extension and edit of your project timeline. 

Open communication regarding any updates or revisions will help us maintain clarity and prevent any delays!

After turning over your final product we will always be available to help you with any questions regarding your site. You’ll even be able to reach out to us and get one time edits for a fraction of the price!

Absolutely! Using a web building platform allows us to turn over a final product to you that is easily edited and added to in the future. We’ve had clients swear they aren’t tech savvy and are still able to make the changes themselves. You will not have to rely on costly and time-consuming developers to help you with your business. You also won’t have to learn CSS, HTML, Javascript to make small additions.

That being said, you can rely always rely on our team being around for all future business needs. If for whatever reason you have any questions about edits, or additions, we will be happy to help and offer one time edits for a small fee! 

We primarily work in Squarespace, but will soon be offering services in Shopify, Wordpress, Canva, Wix, and Showit.

We are happy to offer photography services here. Any photographic services will be charged separately. 

Copywriting is not something we offer at this time. You will be responsible for hiring a separate copywriter or preparing all written content prior to our build. 

We understand that one of the crucial steps of launching your business is obviously having a website. Our team at Quilla is ready to discuss your needs and plans for your web build. That being said, we will need to gather all of the details about what exactly you are looking for before generating a timeline. We are constantly working with new clients and always have designs in the pipeline, though we are flexible with deadlines, we prioritize on a first come, first serve basis. We are always happy to workout a timeline within your deadline and start as soon as possible.

❂     Subscriptions, memberships, fees, plugins, etc. Costs associated with subscription platforms such as Squarespace, Canva, or stock image companies. 
❂     Photography (unless paid for in a separate service package) 
❂     Accessibility & ADA Compliance: We take inclusivity very seriously in our business. We will always design with a variety of disabilities in mind. That being said, we unfortunately are not ADA compliance specialists nor do we conduct any sort of accessibility audits. For that reason, we cannot guarantee full ADA compliance nor are we to be responsible for any legal ramifications. Our team is always happy to review or correct any ADA concerns provided by a service platform you have purchased through companies specializing in just this. 
❂     Legal: We do NOT write any legalese on your site, so if you are wanting to use certain items that may or may not be copyrighted or trademarked (such as logos or imagery), it will be your responsibility to attain any necessary clearances or disclaimers. Quilla is not responsible nor allowed to give any legal advice on your projects. Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, personal contracts, will be your responsibility to acquire from your own counsel. Upon providing this copy we will be happy to integrate this content onto your site. 

Of course! Your website build always includes device configuration. Though we cannot guarantee seamless configuration across every single device in the world, we style and build for the main ones (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Cellular). 

Unfortunately we cannot waive pricing for full shifts in design in your package. We are happy to make any simple changes, but anything requiring larger scale changes that completely alter the mood and vision of your project (when compared to what was originally discussed) will require a new statement of work. Any work already done will be billed separately and the project will be restarted. This will also require us to make amendments to your project timeline.

We do not offer any of these legal services. We can always refer you to the counsel we worked with but please note that our business runs separate from their own, and our recommendations aren’t to be interpreted as an endorsement or partnership.
