We are so sad that this needs to be a part in the FAQ section but our business is choosing to discuss this in order to make myself our professional expectations clear. 

If you choose to move forward with our services you are agreeing to working in a professional and safe environment. Our team will always make sure that Quilla creates a safe space for all creative and business oriented individuals. Our whole business is based off of equality for all. 

Though we understand we all come from varying walks of life, varying backgrounds, identities, politics, and religions — I will not tolerate the following when working with you…
❂     Hate Speech about any group of people based on their identity, beliefs, politics, race, age, religion, gender, orientation, social class, pregnancy, disability, medical conditions, etc. 
❂     Words of violence towards any of our team members, yourself, and/or others. 
❂     Threats, verbal abuse, retaliation through slander, passive aggressiveness, bullying or harassment, and belittlement (this includes posting on social media).
❂     Sexual harassment or inappropriate touching/comments about sex, intimacy, pregnancy, gender or orientation (of myself or others).

Doing any of the above will result in immediate termination of our contract. The hours worked will be charged at $80/hr and any remaining amount that was overpaid will be returned, and any amount that is underpaid will need to be rendered. 

Remember our business is freelance based — so we are choosing to work with you just as much as your choosing to work with us. We work with you not for you.

If any concerns need to be discussed during our time together or the work accomplished at anytime — this conversation will be conducted in the utmost professional manner. 

You are free to post reviews of our business by whichever means necessary (Google, Yelp, etc), but we will not tolerate harassment or perpetual bullying. 

We are all about spreading the love here and though we have our regular and adored vendors, we know that different projects require different things and are always excited to work with new professionals in the field. Our team can recommend various vendors you may be needing, but please note that our business runs separate from their own, and our recommendations aren’t to be interpreted as an endorsement or partnership. They are just businesses we enjoy working with and have had positive interactions with in the past.
